Gregory T Osborne Memorial Scholarship

Gregory “Greg” Tripp Osborne lived life with adventure in his heart. Known for his mischievous sense of humor and adventurous spirit, Greg brought joy and energy to everyone around him.

As the sixth of seven siblings, he understood the value of family and cherished the bonds they shared. Gregory graduated from Mentor High School and had a deep love for the outdoors, always seeking the next adventure. His funny and spirited personality made him unforgettable to all who knew him.

Tragically, Gregory's life was cut short at the age of 21 in an industrial work accident, but his adventurous spirit and the joy he brought to others lives on in the hearts of his family and friends. Remembering him with his Jeep and his beloved dog.

Scholarship Amount: $2,000

Eligibility requirements:

• 2026 graduate of a Lake County High School
• Have a disability that has impacted your education, including but not limited to:
• ['Intellectual disability', 'Visual or hearing impairment', 'Speech or language impairment', 'Orthopedic impairment', 'Autism', 'Learning disability', 'Other health impairment']
• Attending college during the Autumn 2026 semester
• Provide proof of enrollment if chosen as the recipient of the scholarship
