Bob Trench Vocational Scholarship

Bob Trench lives his life with warmth, integrity, and genuine care for others. He is kind-hearted and approaches everyone with empathy, making every workday brighter through his positivity, respect, and humanity. Bob started working at Osborne Inc. right out of high school and is a devoted family man who prioritizes those he loves and leads a values-driven life. He is well-rounded with meaningful personal interests, including his love for reading and expressing creativity through playing the guitar. Bob is exceptionally loyal, having achieved an extraordinary milestone of 50 years of service with honor and dignity. He ran such a tight ship that you could eat off the garage floor, a testament to his meticulous standards and pride in his work. Bob is a mentor to many, guiding countless individuals and helping them grow both personally and professionally. His calm demeanor, intelligence, and dependability make him a pillar of strength for his teams, and he is a joy to work beside, making everyone around him better simply by being part of their lives. We hope he enjoys every minute of his retirement, well deserved!


Applicants to this scholarship will propose the amount of money, up to $1,000, they need to pursue their vocation. The scholarship can be applied towards tuition of continuing education or towards purchasing tools required to enter the applicant's field. As part of the application, applicants will select if they will apply the scholarship toward tuition or tools. If they are applying for tools, then a budget will be required to outline the cost of the tools.
